Session Scope & Studio Retainers

All studio production windows and on-location sessions are formally scheduled upon receipt of a countersigned service agreement and the applicable creative retainer. Production dates remain open to prospective commissions until both requirements are completed in full. The creative fee secures studio facilities, creative direction, crew reserves, and tailored lighting design for the reserved schedule.

Deposit Policy & Schedule Adjustments

Retainers allocated toward studio reservations are non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to exclusivity and the advance preparation dedicated to every visual commission. Should a reschedule become necessary, written notification must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to call time. With timely notice, the original deposit may be applied to a single rescheduled session within 60 calendar days.

A2P SMS Compliance & Privacy Disclosure

Data Collection Notice: When requesting consultations, intake forms, or gallery access, we collect contact information limited to full name, direct telephone number, and email address solely for account confirmation, production reminders, and proofing notifications.

SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out Protocols: By checking the SMS consent indicator on our contact or reservation forms, you explicitly authorize Aava North Studio to dispatch conversational SMS updates and production alerts. Message frequency varies by project scope. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message received. Text HELP for direct customer care. Client contact records are kept strictly confidential and are never sold, transferred, or shared with third-party marketing affiliates.

Image Rights & Commercial Licensing

Aava North retains perpetual authorship and statutory copyright over all photographic exposures, raw visual captures, and composite renders. Private commission packages include non-exclusive, perpetual personal display rights. Commercial applications, advertising placements, public relations syndication, or retail merchandising require formal written licensing riders with agreed scope and territorial limits.

Digital Archival & Retention Safeguards

Final master selections are retained in secure cloud storage for 12 months following final delivery. Unselected raw visual materials are cycled out of primary storage after 90 days. Clients are strongly encouraged to download, duplicate, and archive delivered high-resolution assets onto private offline storage drives upon gallery release.
